Refund policy

Our Commitment

At Nestology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@petnestology.com.au with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Note on Cat Litter Packaging

Please note that cat litter products may experience minor air release from the packaging during transit. This is a normal characteristic of the product and does not indicate a defect or compromise the quality of the litter. This is not considered a product fault and is not eligible for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cat litter products for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
