Free Local Delivery — Sydney Metro

We provide free delivery to customers within the Sydney metropolitan area, covering postcodes 2000 to 2232. This includes suburbs bounded by Gosford to the north, Parramatta to the west, and Sutherland to the south.

Orders within this area are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Australia-Wide Shipping

For customers outside the Sydney metro area, we ship Australia-wide via Australia Post or courier services. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times:

  • NSW (regional): 3–7 business days
  • VIC, QLD, SA: 5–10 business days
  • WA, TAS, NT: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas and Easter.

Shipping Costs

Orders within the Sydney metropolitan area (postcodes 2000–2232) qualify for free delivery. For all other locations, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Delivery Instructions

If you have special delivery instructions, please include them in the Delivery Instructions field at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, however not all requests can be guaranteed.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If we are unable to contact you after two delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at an additional cost, or issue a refund less any incurred delivery fees.

  • NSW (regional): 3–7 business days
  • VIC, QLD, SA: 5–10 business days
  • WA, TAS, NT: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to stock availability, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

What If My Order Does Not Arrive?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at service@petnestology.com.au with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
